Our local security personnel are required to complete Certified Security Guards (CSG) training by Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN), Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM), and Persatuan Perkhidmatan Kawalan Keselamatan Malaysia (PPKKM) as part of the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS). This program equips them with knowledge of Malaysian customs and cultures, and enhances skills in customer relations, fire prevention, patrolling, and other essential security competencies.
Our Nepalese security personnel must complete the Trained Nepalese Guards (TNG) training as required by KDN, PDRM, and PPKKM. This training is part of the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS) and equips them with essential knowledge of Malaysian customs, customer relations, fire prevention, patrolling, and other key security skills for effective duty performance.
